Pure France Now Guarantee and Returns Policy
We want you to be delighted with your order from Pure France Now. If for any reason (excl. faulty items ‘see below’), you are unhappy with anything you receive from Pure France Now please return it to us within 24 days and we will replace or refund you. We only ask that they are returned unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Please remember to ask for a certificate of posting when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or broken in return post.
Faulty / Incomplete Orders
In the unlikely event of an item arriving faulty or the order is incorrect or incomplete, please inform us within 4 days of receipt and we will be happy to replace it.
Return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.
None of the above affects cancellations or your statutory rights.
Our returns policy is extended to 30 days from date of dispatch for orders posted overseas. Please remember to ask for a certificate of posting when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in return post. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please contact Pure France Now at: email@example.com to let us know you are returning the item, and the reason why. You will be given a returns number .
Please include a note of this number, along with your contact email address or telephone number, with the goods and send back. Returns will not be accepted at our offices without prior agreement. You will be refunded when the goods are received, and inspected by Pure France Now. We will notify you of our response, proposed action or decision
These tyoe of items are not returnable unless the original order is incorrect or not complete, or the personalised information you provided at order was incorrect.
What you can’t send back
Unfortunately, some items are non-cancellable and non-refundable: Anything that’s specially made, or ordered, with your choice of name, fabric, message or any other customised aspect that makes it unique to you (and therefore not resaleable) Unless, as stated above, the order has been completed incorrectly.
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Large items of furniture, or lighting that are made to order
Creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order, like jewellery, art, sculpture and ceramics
Personal items sold with a hygiene seal (like cosmetics or underwear) where the seal is broken. To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancellable or non-cancellable before ordering.
