Highly recommended. Only opened this year, in June 2008. A ‘new project’ highly creative, ‘auberge-style’ restaurant with smart, unusual accommodation available. All situated in the famous, beautiful ‘Charolais’ countryside. This special creation by Michel and Marie-Pierre Troisgros is superbly conceived. A renovated and converted farm with traditional and contemporary interior and exterior styling. Set menu: 34€. Omlettes, fresh fish, frog’s legs,charolais beef ribs. Closed on Wednesdays.
