My heart has left me in the cold

The warmth of sunshine on my back is just a memory ago.

I hung on your every word while I laid in your sun-tanned arms.

Dropping daisy petals on my face

I looked into your summer blue eyes and knew the moment had gone.

Those crazy summer days I wanted us to belong forever.

To go on, and on, forever, forever.
